Facebook screwed up my account with them on February 28, 2022. With no phone number or even email address to contact them about the issue, I don’t know what happened, or why, but I have been unable to access and they have shut it down. It may have been hacked, but I have no access, so therefore, no idea.

After more than a month of trying to get it working, I gave up. Now, they are continuing to bill me for Facebook ads that I cannot control, stop, or even look at! This is absurd, and it could be that the hacker has done something to my account.

Whatever the case, I should not be getting billed for something I’m not using. Period! Facebook is out of control on this issue and I have zero recourse – not even a contact email or phone number. Nothing!
