Interim 2015, Episode 225: Guided Meditation #33 Inspired by Elizabeth Gilbert

Today’s guided meditation was inspired by Elizabeth Gilbert’s talk in Santa Cruz, CA, as she is touring to promote her new book, Big Magic. The book is both inspirational and motivational, and is sure to ignite your creative juices. In this sit led by your host, Michael Neeley, the intention is to apply similar meditation practices to the removal of your creative blocks and fears.

No matter what the area of your creativity, this practice is designed to open you up to your natural flow, allowing what wants to come forth from you the freedom to do so, unencumbered.
