Today’s guided walking meditation will take place on… well… your feet (unless, of course, you’re driving as you listen). A walking meditation is a simple practice that can help you to bring awareness to your day at any given moment. You can even apply it to a few steps during your grocery shopping to get a brief respite from your busy day.
Michael will guide you through a few variations on the practice:
- Focusing on your external sensations (sound, sights, and climate)
- Focusing on your internal physical action (shifting your balance as you move)
- Awareness in the pause (a practice in slowing down and observing the world)
