Today’s guided meditation is a practice in quieting the mind and settling in to what is. The “thus”-ness of any given moment.
The exercise here is to:
- Practice awareness to the point of moving into the position of your own witness (or observer)
- Let go of the trappings of thought and relax into the emptiness of now
- Realize that there is nothing to do, there is only to be
- Settle in and see how things are thus
