You never know where you might learn something new – even if you’re an old dog like me. Our puppy, Bella, has taught me quite a few lessons in a very short while. Check out my article in Tiny Buddha and let me know what lessons resonate with you.

Season 1, Episode 20: Juna Mustad & Justin Milano – “Daily Relationship” Creators & Coaches

Today’s episode is double the pleasure and double the fun, as I have the honor of hosting two guests at once: Justin Milano and Juna Mustad.

Juna is an Intuitive, as well as a Life & Relationship Coach.  Her intuitive coaching sessions are skillfully woven with the Hendricks Institute’s whole body coaching techniques and somatic experiencing. Her unique gift is her ability to make personal growth not only sustainable, but deeply enriching, rewarding and fun.

Justin is an explorer of life and always open to the next discovery. Professionally, he likes to describe himself as a “yogipreneur,” or a hippy in an entrepreneur’s body. He is currently the Founder of Good Startups and Executive of Hairprint Technology. When he is not creating businesses, coaching entrepreneurs, or writing, you will find him traveling to exotic spiritual locations, meditating, hiking, and savoring time with friends and family.

Together they have created Daily Relationship. It is a project where they share their relationship on video – the highs, the lows and everything in-between.

Once a week they feature a video of themselves candidly sharing an issue or potential that came up in their relationship, what relationship tool they used, and how they ultimately generated greater connection. Their desire is that these videos support other couples in easily applying these tools to their everyday relationship interactions.

Follow their adventure at www.DailyRelationship.com or at www.Facebook.com/DailyRelationship.

Season 1, Episode 19: Greg Richardson – Strategic Monk & Coach

Have you ever met a Strategic Monk? In today’s episode, Greg Richardson joins me to talk about his strategic approach to spirituality. Greg is a Spiritual Leadership Coach that helps people learn and strengthen a specific set of skills and abilities to develop a particular part of their lives.

Much of what Greg does as a leadership coach begins with guiding people as they bring their core values, principles, and inner strengths to bear on matters of work and leadership. He knows that leadership begins with knowing and sharing your truest self. He has been a leader in a wide variety of situations and organizations. As a criminal prosecutor and a university professor, an executive and a volunteer, he has helped bring out the best in the people around him.

Early on, Greg decided to give himself an incentive. If he met one of his main goals, he would get his first tattoo. It took him some time to decide what he would get. He considered some options, then chose his favorite story of the Desert Mothers and Fathers. These people who left the comforts of cities to live in the wilderness, planted the seeds of Western monasticism.

You can learn more about Greg and what he has to offer at www.StrategicMonk.com, and if you are interested, Greg would be very happy to show you his tattoo.

Season 1, Episode 11: Heather Hans – Visionary, Healer & Teacher

In this episode, I get to speak with Heather Hans, an internationally renowned visionary, healer & teacher, and author of the book, The Heart of Self-Love: How to Radiate with Confidence. Heather is a professional speaker, video host, producer, artist, and consultant, using her experience, skills and talents to teach people how to love themselves and each other.

Born in an Indian-led, Colorado ashram to a Jewish mother, Heather recognized her calling as a spiritual teacher by the time she was eight years old. She immersed herself in diverse studies of mystical traditions and brings those spiritual principles into her social work; as well as utilizing them in the tangible, results-oriented business world to help people excel.  Her numerology path (a personality typing system discovered by many ancient cultures, teachers, and mathematicians) is 33, also known as “the Christ path” and the “path of the avatar.” Naturally nurturing and highly clairvoyant & sensitive, she is able to see beyond the veil and identify the gifts that people possess, as well as what prevents them from reaching their goals. She can accurately sense a person’s energy and identify their astrological sign and numerology path without even meeting them and is able to harmonize living systems, including people, organizations, relationships, and the physical body. These traits make her an unusually powerful teacher and facilitator.

Prior to founding her company, Love Heals Productions, LLC, Heather left a successful career as a university instructor and Certified Public Accountant, employed by Arthur Andersen and Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, in order to pursue her passion of uplifting people and helping them transform.

Overcoming a difficult upbringing exposed to loss, addiction, oppression, abuse, and physical ailments, Heather has reached goals she once thought were impossible. Celebrating her gifts, learning from her pain, and sharing her story have allowed Heather to emerge as a channel to teach others how to excel, evolve, and embrace their power. In addition to her healing and teaching work, Heather is a mother, runner, and active volunteer in her community. She lives in Boulder, Colorado, USA and enjoys a good laugh above all else.
