Season 1, Episode 124: Carolyn Barnes – Massage Therapist, Coach & Author

Today’s guest is Carolyn Barnes. Carolyn graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in 2002, and holds a BA in philosophy, with a minor in music, from Wittenburg University.

While studying for a year at the Brussels Conservatory of Music in Belgium, she was exposed to a more natural approach to medicine.  That experience inspired her years later to go back to school and become a therapeutic massage therapist.

As a professional massage therapist, Carolyn takes great pride and passion in providing you with excellent and personalized care.  Her practice is dedicated to offering you the highest standard of therapeutic massage.  She devotes many hours each year to continuing education and the honing of her skills.

Carolyn’s book: Return to Ease: Gently Reconnect With Your Body’s Natural Mobility and Joy, is complete in every way except for one very important detail: It hasn’t gone to press. She is self-publishing her book as so many authors are doing these days, and it is available for pre-orders right now.

You can find out more about Carolyn and her book at and check out her IndieGogo crowd-funding campaign HERE!

Sign up for your Podcasting Mentorship Discovery Call and don’t miss Michael being interviewed on Accentuate the Positive Radio this week by KAren Swain. You can hear him talking about everything from his days as a knight in shining armor to his upcoming book The Art of Forgetting.
