Today’s guest is Grace Clayton. She is a leader, teacher, facilitator and mentor to awakening leaders at One Shift, an organization devoted to empowering and igniting conscious leaders. She has spent the past two decades studying, applying and teaching the skills of conscious living to thousands of people.
Grace works internationally with leaders, organizations and groups to catalyze personal awareness and teach time-tested models for creating sustainable transformation.
She is the founder of the One Shift Immersion – Igniting Genius Leaders, a teaching and certification program for supporting professionals who want to embody and facilitate this work. She leads The Tools for Conscious Living and off-site trainings for organizations, including the YPO.
Grace’s training background includes somatic psychology, relationship psychology, process work, Enneagram personality styles, guiding altered states of consciousness, and over 27 years of Yoga and Yogic lifestyle.
And on top of all that, she is my former wife, still a dear friend, and the mother of our 12-year old son, Tristan.
